The Rawlings Conservatory, pictured above, provides indoor and outdoor spaces to accommodate groups of 30 to 100. Established in 1888, the Rawlings Conservatory is the second oldest glass and steel-frame building in the country and is located in iconic Druid Hill Park. View Rental Information.

Edgar Allen Poe's headstone

Westminster Hall and Burial Grounds. This gothic revival style church was built in 1852 over existing burial grounds. While many well-known figures are buried at this cemetery in the heart of Baltimore, the most famous might be Edgar Allen Poe.

The Seawall Trail at Fort McHenry National Historic Site is a free walking path along Baltimore’s harbor. While D.C. may be known for it’s Tidal Basin Cherry Blossoms, the Seawall Trail boasts its own blossoms in the spring and views of the city. Details from the National Park Service.

Inside the Peabody Library. Five floors with shelves of library books surround a rectangular room.

George Peabody Library. Now a part of Johns Hopkins University, the Peabody Library dates to the founding of the Peabody Institute. Opened in 1878, the library’s five, cast iron framed floors and ceiling made of skylights offers a dramatic background for a wedding in the City that Reads.
